Liwy Digitals (we, us, or our) - A professional service provider that facilitates music distribution and promotion by working with third-party Distribution Platforms and marketing partners.
User / Artist / Client (you, your) - Any individual, group, or entity submitting content for distribution or promotion.
Content - Any music, artwork, metadata, videos, or promotional materials provided by the Artist for distribution and/or promotion.
Distribution Platform(s) - Third-party companies that accept music submissions and distribute them to Digital Streaming Platforms.
Digital Streaming Platforms (DSPs) - Online music platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Audiomack, Boomplay, and Deezer, where distributed music is made available for streaming or purchase.
Promotion Services - The marketing strategies used to increase visibility, including playlisting, influencer marketing, social media campaigns, radio placements, and streaming promotion.
Royalties - Earnings generated from streams, downloads, or monetization of the Artist's content on DSPs
Service(s) - The distribution, promotion, and related music industry services provided by Liwy Digitals
Liwy Digitals acts as an intermediary between Artists and third-party Distribution Platforms. We do not distribute music directly to DSPs. Instead, we:
In addition to distribution, Liwy Digitals offers various promotional services to help Artists gain visibility and grow their audience. These services include:
Playlist Placement - Securing song placements on curated playlists for increased streams and exposure.
Influencer Marketing - Collaborating with social media influencers to promote the Artist's music.
Social Media Growth - Running campaigns to grow the Artist's following and engagement.
Online Publications & PR - Getting music and Artist profiles featured on blogs, music websites, and press outlets.
Radio & DJ Promotion - Submitting music for airplay on radio stations and club DJ networks.
While Liwy Digitals uses professional marketing strategies, the effectiveness of music promotion is subject to audience behavior, platform algorithms, and other external factors. Therefore:
Liwy Digitals does not guarantee a specific number of streams, followers, or engagement levels.
Streaming and engagement depend on the target audience's reception and DSP algorithm preferences.
Refunds will not be provided based on unsatisfactory streaming numbers or audience engagement outcomes.
By using our services, you agree to:
Fees for music distribution and promotion must be paid upfront, unless otherwise agreed.
Service fees are non-refundable once the distribution or promotion process has begun.
Liwy Digitals collects royalties from Distribution Platforms on behalf of Artists. Payments will only be processed once the Distribution Platform has made the funds available to us.
Artists will receive their royalties after deductions for any agreed service fees or transaction charges. Liwy Digitals is not responsible for missing or delayed earnings caused by third-party Distribution Platforms or DSPs.
No refunds will be issued for services that have been initiated or completed. If an Artist's music is rejected by a Distribution Platform due to a violation of their policies, no refund will be issued. If a service cannot be completed due to an error on our part, a refund or service credit may be provided at our discretion.
Promotion fees are non-refundable, even if the campaign does not result in expected audience engagement.
The Artist retains full ownership and rights to their music. By submitting content, the Artist grants Liwy Digitals a non-exclusive license to distribute and promote their music through the chosen Distribution Platform.
The Artist confirms that their content does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights. Liwy Digitals reserves the right to remove or decline any content that is flagged for copyright violations.
Liwy Digitals is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from issues with DSPs, Distribution Platforms, or promotional performance.
We do not guarantee acceptance of music by DSPs, as approval is at their sole discretion.
We are not responsible for any fraudulent or incorrect earnings data provided by Distribution Platforms.
Liwy Digitals is not liable for any technical errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party platforms.
